Welcome to WMC Racing 2026
As I begin my sixth year as Program Director of WMC Racing, I’m excited to get back on the hill with our incredible team of coaches and to welcome both returning and new athletes to the upcoming season. I am pleased to announce that we have restructured our leadership team to better serve the needs of our athletes and staff.
This updated framework is designed to:
- Strengthen internal communication.
- Maximize training space.
- Improve athlete management.
- Increase operational efficiency within the WMC Race Team.
- Ensure consistent alignment across all levels of the program.
All while continuing to cultivate an athlete-centered environment that emphasizes deliberate training and a positive growth mindset. This new structure will also enhance support for athletes as they transition between age groups and foster meaningful mentor-mentee relationships—an important element that we believe significantly contributes to the overall athlete experience.2025/2026 WMC RACE Leadership Team:
- Rufus Davis – U16/U18 Head Coach
- Voytek Jackowski – U14 Head Coach
- Erik Anderson – U12 Head Coach
