What age group is my skier/rider in?
Program & Corresponding Year of Birth:
U18: 2009-2010
U16: 2011-2012
U14: 2013-2014
U12: 2015-2016
U10: 2017-2018
Intro To Comp: 2019
What are the typical hours for the Competitive Program days?
On Snow programing runs as follows:
U14-U18: 8am-11am and 12pm-2pm
U10-U12: 8am-11am and 12pm-2pm
Freestyle: 9am-12am and 1pm-3pm
Intro to Competition: 9am-12am and 1pm-3pm
What is the athlete to coach ratio?
Target ratio is under 10:1
Is lunch included in the program?
No, all athletes are dismissed during lunch break.
Do I need a season pass?
Program prices do not include lift tickets or a season pass, which are required. Please visit windhammountainclub.com website to purchase the pass.
What happens on bad weather days?
Safety is the first priority and Windham Mountain Operations will determine if the lifts will operate. Competitive programs will ski in all types of weather.
How will I receive team communications?
All program-wide communication will posted in the Team Portal of this website. Additionally weekly emails will be emailed through procard. Please note that only the email address provided at registration can be linked to each athlete. Any race day information or same day changes will be communicated team WhatsApp broadcasts.

What happens if we cannot make it to training?
Our race program is a season-long commitment, and regular attendance is important for the athletes’ development. Please let us know in advance if you cannot attend a specific day.
Are there training sessions during the winter holiday?
There are regular program days from Dec 21-24th and 28-31st.
What does my athlete need to bring daily?
Backpack with all ski gear, food, water, snacks, lunch and ski pass.
Check your weekly update for event specific gear.
Where does my athlete meet their group?
Standardized meeting place will be communicated by age group on the Team Portal website page.
Where do I meet my athlete at the end of the program session?
All U10 and older teams will be self dismissed at the end of the session. Intro to Competition athletes will meet parents at 2:45pm between D lift and the Comp Center.
