COMMUNICATION
All program-wide communication is sent through ProCard. Please remember that only one email address can be linked to each athlete. If you need to forward messages to another address, please refer to the email forwarding instructions.

EQUIPMENT
For equipment guidance, visit the Gear Guide on our WMCR website or contact your athlete’s head coach. To purchase used equipment, visit our Facebook Gear Swap page. To buy new equipment, stop by the WMC Shop; the staff is knowledgeable, and the shop is well-stocked with high-quality race-specific inventory.
TEAM WELCOME MEETINGS (Zoom)
Each team will host an online welcome session to review staffing, expectations, and age-group details.
- Dec 1 – 8:00 PM: U12
- Dec 2 – 7:00 PM: U10
- Dec 3 – 7:30 PM: U16/U18
- Dec 4 – 7:30 PM: U14
- Dec 8 – 7:00 PM: All-Mountain
- Dec 9 – 7:00 PM: U8
Zoom links will be shared before each meeting date.
OPTIONAL HOLIDAY TRAINING Dec 22–24
We are offering an optional 2.5-day training block.
- Cost: $275 (flat rate; no single-day options)
- Format: Race-camp style
- Eligibility: U10–U18 Race Team
- Dec 24: Half day (morning only)
- Registration: Details will follow in a separate email
Athletes must be independent:
- They must get themselves to and from the training venue.
- Lunch is unsupervised.
- Athletes lap independently.
ATHLETE JACKETS
A small inventory of last year’s athlete jackets is available through the Ski & Ride School.
If you are interested in purchasing one, please:
- Check availability with Victoria: vmanganaro@windhammountainclub.com
- If they don’t have your size, please post a request on our Facebook gear swap page.
- Families with outgrown jackets are encouraged to share with other athletes.
New jackets will be ordered for next season—thank you for your patience!
